The diverse and experienced Rohit Commercial Team

Rohit Group as a whole has come a long way since its humble beginnings in 1986 as a small home builder to the sophisticated organization it is today. This growth can be credited almost entirely to the hard work and careful project execution of our amazing employees.

Rohit Commercial is no different. The Commercial division has benefitted from a dedicated and hard working group who takes their individual experiences and expertise and combine it to create a well-rounded, versatile team. The corporate values that Rohit Group was founded on remain at the forefront of the Commercial division today.     Russell Dauk
    Russell Dauk

    As Vice President of Rohit Group’s Land Development, Commercial Projects, and Property Management divisions, Russell is responsible for overseeing all aspects of land development, property management, and commercial project development in Alberta’s Capital Region and Fort McMurray. Russell’s principle responsibilities include project acquisitions, new product development, community consultation, approvals, warranty, and sales and marketing. Russell brings with him over 25 years of planning experience in Alberta from a wide variety of public and private settings, including six years in Fort McMurray where he served as the Manager of Planning and Development for the rapidly growing Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo. Russell is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan Regional and Urban Planning Program and he has also taken Real Estate specific courses at Harvard Business School. Russell also possesses a Certificate in Local Government Administration from the University of Alberta. Russell was a past Director with AACIP (Alberta Association, Canadian Institute of Planners), and also holds the position of President with UDI Alberta (Urban Development Institute).

    Shailendra Gupta

    As the lead Project Manager for Rohit Commercial Shailendra Gupta is responsible for managing all construction project management related tasks and objectives. Shailendra past experience includes managing $200 Million – $1 Billion + mega projects for NWR, Shell Oil, and BP Oil. With strong skill sets in performance management, cost control and commercial negotiation Shailendra is a key stakeholder in the success of construction. Shailendra is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Detroit.

    Radhe Gupta
    Radhe Gupta

    As CEO Rohit Group of Companies, Radhe is responsible for overseeing all divisions. He also takes on the development of the strategic planning and financial overview of the organization including the development of new markets. Over the last 30 years the business has grown into a diversified organization with complementary interests in residential and land development, commercial assets and real estate lending. Radhe has achieved a BSC in Engineering, two Masters Designations in Engineering as well as Realtor and Broker Designations. He started the Rohit Group in 1986 and has been building homes for Albertans ever since. Great believers in giving back to the community, Radhe and the Gupta family are active supporters of many charitable causes such as:  the Neal Gupta Memorial Award – Department of Pediatrics, University of Alberta; Kids in the Hall; Habitat for Humanity; the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation;  the Alberta Heart Institute; the Mental Health Foundation; the Seniors Association of Greater Edmonton (SAGE); and many other various community projects in both Canada and India.
